Being ill sucks. Isn't this comic big? It's based on a true story. Quite what anyone wanted with a giant Beckham cutout for anything other than target practice is beyond me.

So asides from being ill I've gone to visit the accomodation i'll be using at Abertay University. Frankly, it lived down to my expectations, but it's uni accomodation after all. Besides, private flats would cost a helluva lot more and that's money I don't have. I can't even afford to upgrade my computer for a while yet.

Much as I would love that extra money, I want the experience of moving away from home, I like the independent feel of it. I'll live somehow. Anyway, I'd better rest up for it; I just found out that I have a Fresher's FORTNIGHT to attend. A FORTNIGHT! TWO WEEKS! That's a lot of partying and drinking (with any luck I won't have to carry my passport for ID). Here's hoping it all goes well.

Don't know if I'll be able to update this from uni; whether I'll have time or whether I'll be allowed from the computer labs (no internet connection in my room) so we'll see what the future holds for TTP.
